Recently, the Fuxing High-cold Intelligent EMU that just moved to its "new home" drove out of Harbin Station smoothly, ushering in its first batch of Spring Festival travel passengers.

  [Explanation] It is understood that compared with the traditional version of the Fuxing EMU, the new high-cold smart EMU is more resistant to low temperature, ice and snow, and can run as usual in the extremely cold environment of minus 40°C in Northeast China.

  For the high-cold intelligent EMU, the materials, electrical components, car body and bogie components used in it have been tested for low temperature resistance, especially the filter screen on the side of the equipment cabin skirt. It is composed of nine-layer structures such as filter screen and steel wire mesh. It can not only realize the ventilation function of the equipment compartment, but also effectively prevent ice and snow from entering the equipment compartment, so that this EMU has a special cold resistance performance.

  [Explanation] In addition, in order to maintain "vigor" in the freezing weather, the new high-cold intelligent EMU is not only equipped with heating and heat preservation facilities for water tanks, dirt tanks, water pipes and other equipment at the bottom of the car, but also uses automation in batches for the first time.   When our EMUs are running in a low-temperature and severe environment, the brake pads and brake discs may freeze due to low-temperature weather, which will affect the operation of the train. Now the new EMUs have added this clamp anti-freezing function, which can automatically apply and relieve the train. Braking can ensure that the train can start running at any time.

  This car body is different from the previous Fuxing in that it has a silent compartment. At the same time, our air conditioner adopts frequency conversion technology, which has soft wind, low noise and quieter compartment, which greatly improves the comfort of passengers.
