Prince Akishino, who serves as the president of the "Japan Association of Zoos and Aquariums", visited Asa Zoological Park in Hiroshima City before 10:00 am on the 20th.

Of these, the forest elephant that inhabits western Africa is a rare elephant that is said to be bred only here in Japan and only three in the world.



Since there is a risk of extinction, Prince Akishino received an explanation about the animal park's breeding efforts.
