　　Ye Yuantian works in the North China Company of Jianan Company of China Railway 12th Bureau Group, and is currently the chief engineer of the first bid section project of Xiongdong resettlement housing area B in Xiong'an New Area.

Three years ago, he came to Xiong'an New District and devoted himself to the construction work in full swing.

In the Spring Festival of 2021 and 2022, the resettlement housing project in Rongxi where he is located also did not stop.

　　The total construction area of ​​Section B of Xiongdong Resettlement Housing is about 350,700 square meters, including 45 residential buildings with 7 to 14 floors, and a municipal road about 1.2 kilometers long. 　　"Ensuring normal construction during the Spring Festival is my key task during the Spring Festival holiday this year." Ye Yuantian introduced that his project started on October 17, 2022 and will be completed on June 30, 2024.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction task, more than 100 builders, like Ye Yuantian, persevered during the Spring Festival holiday to ensure that the project was delivered on schedule.

　　At present, the project has basically completed the construction of soil protection and foundation treatment, and has entered the stage of underground structure construction in an all-round way.

Ye Yuantian said, "Since childhood, the number of workers on the project site has gradually decreased. Now I and 13 project management personnel are responsible for the safety, quality, technology, measurement, etc. of the construction during the Spring Festival holiday. After the third day of the first lunar month, the number of workers will gradually increase."

　　Wang Yujin said that the labor branch is not only the manager of the workers, but also the server.

Counting the work bills in 2022, he described it as "safe, warm and efficient".

　　"The management and services for the workers should be simple, clear, warm and caring. We have built a high-standard canteen for the project, and the workers clock in for meals; there are different recreational activities such as watching movies and sports every day; the dormitory is clean and tidy; the uniform and durable clothes. At the project site, there are schematic diagrams for material placement and floor completion requirements, and these requirements are the embodiment of the attention to detail in project construction." Wang Yujin said.
