Jean-Baptiste Maunier has joined the cast of
Tomorrow Belongs to Us
.
According to

, the 32-year-old actor will play the role of Benoît, the new SVT (Life and Earth Science) teacher at Agnès Varda high school in Sète.
The actor revealed by
Les Choristes
(2004) has started filming.
Nevertheless, it will be necessary to wait until March, according to the publication, to discover the first steps of the actor in the flagship series of TF1.
Discreet
After the triumph of Christophe Barratier's film when he was only 14 years old, Jean-Baptiste Maunier continued his film career in
Le Grand Meaulnes
in 2006 or
Hellphone
in 2007. He also distinguished himself in short -films, television and theatre.
The former chorister then attempted a career as a singer by releasing an album
Nuits Revolver
in 2017. Then he was discreet, all to his happiness as a young father, with the birth of his son, Ezra, in 2019. It is in 2021 that he returns to the spotlight by participating in the eleventh season of
Dancing with the Stars
on TF1 alongside Ines Vandamme.
Discreet does not mean inactive, since Jean-Baptiste Maunier also flourishes in dubbing, notably being the French voice of Elliot Page in
