According to Nan Bin, director of the Outdoor Advertising Management Division of the Beijing Urban Management Committee, the landscape layout during the Spring Festival and Lantern Festival this year is based on joy, peace and festive enthusiasm. In principle, a total of more than 220,000 lanterns and various decorations are hung in key areas such as streets and alleys, residential quarters, community villages, parks, business districts, and industrial parks in the city, and about 1.3 million linear meters of tree-wrapped lights are arranged. There are more than 200 advertising facilities.
