Pop star Michael Bolton, who had visited Korea for the first time in 9 years, took the stage 100 minutes after the start of the performance, and the audience complained.

In response, the production company of the concert in Korea apologized.

On the 14th, Michael Bolton held a concert in Korea called 'Encore, Michael Bolton Live in Seoul' at Gocheok Sky Dome, Guro-gu, Seoul.

This concert in Korea will be held on the 14th and 15th at the same place.

On this day, about 10,000 spectators gathered to see Michael Bolton.

However, the performance started about 15 minutes later than the original starting time of 6:00 PM.

The performance that started like that filled up about 100 minutes with the performances of guest singers Yumi and Jung Hong-il.

The audience protested that Bolton's performance was too short.

The audience said, "I didn't spend money to buy tickets to see the guest singer for about two hours at the Michael Bolton concert", "Then it shouldn't be titled as Michael Bolton's concert in Korea", "Michael Bolton was promoted as a concert in Korea and sold tickets, but only saw the performance of the invited singer. " Complaints arose.

Eventually, the manufacturer issued an apology.

KBES, the production company, posted an apology on its official website on the 15th, saying, "We bow our heads and sincerely apologize to the audience who came to visit Michael Bolton's concert in Korea."

The production company explained that the performance was delayed by about 15 minutes due to the delay in the ticket booth due to the large crowd.

At the same time, regarding the problem that the 2 guest teams took 100 minutes for the performance, they admitted their mistake, saying, "I failed to imprint on each artist the shortened performance time of the 2 guest teams due to the 15-minute delay."

Regarding the fact that a lot of time was spent on each stage transition, he said, "Despite the fact that there were a lot of staff to set up the stage for two guest teams under Michael Bolton in a short time, there were difficulties." Due to the set-up details, I took a risk during this performance. Due to time operation, I bow my head in apology for not being aware of this in advance."

The production company said, "We are deeply aware of the disappointment and criticism of the audience who have stepped forward, and we will do our best to ensure that these problems do not happen again, not to mention tomorrow's performance." I am grateful to those who stepped in and took a seat, and I am sorry again.”
