[Explanation] In recent years, Suzhou City, Anhui Province has attached great importance to overseas Chinese education. It has selected 17 outstanding teachers to go to Chinese schools in the Philippines, Thailand, Japan and other places to perform teaching aid tasks. A member of the famous education teacher tour group, many overseas teachers were commended by overseas Chinese schools and the United Front Work Department of Anhui Provincial Party Committee.

  [Explanation] He Li is a Chinese teacher at the No. 12 Primary School in Suzhou City, Anhui Province. She has more than 30 years of teaching experience.

From 2018 to 2020, she went to Misamisi Guanghua Middle School and Chenguang Middle School in the Philippines respectively. In addition to her daily teaching work, she also served as a guide and trained local Chinese teachers.

  During my two years in the Philippines, I was fortunate to participate in the teaching lectures of the annual Chinese language education workshop. At that time, each session (all) was full of more than 400 people.

Let me feel the love of those old overseas Chinese, overseas Chinese, and those Chinese teachers for Chinese culture.

During her stay in the Philippines, she taught Chinese songs and held Chinese song competitions for students with no foundation in Chinese. She used brush calligraphy, paper-cut literacy, and reciting Tang poems to stimulate their interest in learning Chinese.

Since returning to China for three years, she has been keeping in touch with students online, and her teaching and guidance work has never stopped.

  A student who graduated from high school wanted to become a Chinese language teacher. I used my spare time and spare time to give him tutoring and guidance. When I finally left, he successfully became a teacher of the "Hematopoietic Project".

It has been three years now and he is about to graduate. We usually communicate and guide through WeChat, and he has successfully become a teaching assistant. I feel that this is a little bit of achievement.

In 2019, he undertook the teaching task of Chinese martial arts in the "Chinese Education·Famous Teacher Tour" (Malaysian Mission) activity hosted by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Anhui Province.

  In this activity, I mainly undertake our Chinese martial arts courses. During this course, I feel that our (local) Chinese language teachers and our students love and admire our Chinese martial arts. The students are very serious, work very hard, and learn every movement with their heart. Then I also feel that the students learn knife skills, stick skills, and spear skills without any foundation before. Chinese martial arts (has) a very longing for knowledge (欲).

  [Explanation] Under the epidemic, the challenge of online teaching has become a major dilemma for overseas Chinese education.

Today, "Get ready to welcome the spring together." This is the common aspiration of expatriate Chinese teachers.

Ding Yong, an expatriate Chinese language teacher at Suzhou No. 11 Primary School, said that after the epidemic is lifted, Chinese language education will also usher in spring again.

  After the epidemic is released, I think that in addition to continuing to send teachers abroad to teach abroad, I feel that we can send visiting groups to each other, such as teachers and students visiting groups to each other's friendship units, like we have Chinese Educational bases, as well as some foreign schools, Chinese schools send visiting groups from this fellowship unit to increase mutual understanding through visiting activities. I think this will be more effective in promoting Chinese education.

  [Explanation] Overseas Chinese education is an important way for overseas Chinese to inherit Chinese civilization, a "root project" for Chinese culture overseas, and an important bridge to promote mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations and people-to-people bonds.

In recent years, Suzhou City has not only created opportunities for outstanding young and middle-aged teachers to go abroad for training, but also made positive contributions to promoting the spread of Chinese excellent culture overseas and enhancing friendly exchanges between China and foreign countries.
