For these six train groups, we carried out the principle of renovating one qualified train and completing the renovation work with high standards to ensure that Hong Kong passengers and Guangzhou-Shenzhen These travelers ride in comfort between ports.

  [Explanation] This Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed rail "Fuxing" train will undergo a first-level inspection at the inspection depot tonight. It will take four staff members two and a half hours to complete the work.

  First of all, two staff members start to check from the running parts on both sides of the train, and each part must be carefully checked.

Next, a staff member is responsible for the inspection inside the car. Every car, every seat, even every hook, the electric tea stove of the dining car, the water outlet, etc. are not spared, because it is directly related to the comfort of passengers. The inspection is very cumbersome, but the staff is meticulous.

Under the track, the long ditch has to be walked again. The flashlights in the hands of the staff can not only illuminate, but also have a camera on it, and every place inspected will be recorded with video.

The inspection of each place relies on both eyesight and technology.

Wheel sets, traction motors, gearboxes and other components are the focus of inspection.

  The most important part of the entire bogie is the wheel set. The main inspection is its tread. There are no cuts and burns on it. This is the air spring, which belongs to the connection between the car body bogies. Then we check mainly to ensure It has no cracks, no bubbles and the like, and its function is mainly to adjust the left and right balance of the car body.

  Our operators are now carrying out pantograph inspections on the roof, and are now carrying out this leak detection, focusing on checking the carbon skateboard on the roof and the corresponding air pipes of the carbon skateboard to see if there is any damage or air leakage For a situation such as air leakage, ensure that the pantograph of the train group is in good condition. Now the operator checks the status of the carbon skateboard, whether the thickness of the carbon skateboard meets the requirements, whether the carbon skateboard has cracks, and whether it is worn. Exceptions, mainly check these key points.

  A normal operation team of four people has to overhaul the vehicles of four standard groups in one night. On average, each operator has a vehicle of 203 meters or 209 meters. If calculated in this way, it takes nearly four to five kilometers to walk back and forth in one night. This way.

In addition to maintenance, in order to gradually resume operation of the upcoming Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed rail Futian to Hong Kong West Kowloon section, Guangzhou South Railway Station has also carried out relevant trial operation work in advance.
