8 tips to ensure a healthy life

1- Drink plenty of water daily, at least 1.5 liters if you do not suffer from heart, kidney and other health problems.

2- Sleep for at least seven hours a day.

3- Eat plenty of vegetables, the most important of which are leafy greens.

You can also eat fruits according to your body's sugar metabolism.

4- Exercising regularly for 15 minutes a day at home is one of the good habits that we must maintain.

5- Avoid soft drinks and processed foods that are high in sugar.

As well as fried foods that are high in fat.

6- Start doing a body detox to help get rid of fat at least three times a year.

7- Conducting periodic checks to verify the body's ability to store vitamins and minerals at least once a year.

8- Practice regular meditation sessions to stay in touch with your body and mind.
