'Negotiation' depicts the negotiating operation between a diplomat and a local NIS agent who went to Afghanistan to save Koreans who were held hostage by the Taliban in the worst kidnapping case.

This film brings to the screen the 2007 Saemmul Church kidnapping incident that stirred up Korean society.



The film was directed by Lim Soon-rye, who made 'Waikiki Brothers', 'The Whistleblower', and 'Little Forest', and Hwang Jung-min and Hyun Bin played the lead roles.

'Negotiation' will be released in theaters on the 18th.
