The relevant situation is explained as follows:
1. In order to implement the reform requirements of the Communist Youth League, the Youth League Municipal Committee issued the "Ganzhou Communist Youth League Reform Plan" in 2017. One of the important measures is to make the Congress and Committee of the League closer to the majority of young people and increase the proportion of grassroots and front-line representatives and committee members.
According to this regulation, during the re-election of the Youth League Committee in October 2022, the Youth League Committee will break through the barriers of age, education and identity, break through the internal and external restrictions of the system, and absorb a group of outstanding young people from all walks of life who are representative and enthusiastic about youth work to become representatives of the Youth League, members, members of the Standing Committee.
These identities do not have any administrative level and do not receive any work remuneration.

After grass-roots organization recommendation, investigation, publicity, approval, election and other prescribed procedures, he was elected as a member of the Standing Committee of the Fifth Communist Youth League Ganzhou Municipal Committee.
3. In response to the resumes circulated on the Internet and the concerns of some netizens about "starting to work at the age of 15", "to be assigned", etc.
It is understood that because his father passed away when he was in the third grade of junior high school, in order to reduce the burden on the family, after graduating from junior high school (2014.09-2017.06, he studied in Ganzhou Zhanggong Middle School) to help in the milk tea shop opened by his mother, and has been in Jiangxi since November 2019.
