On the night of the 13th, a car crashed into a restaurant in Minami Ward, Okayama City, killing a man who was driving and slightly injuring several customers inside the store.

Around 8:00 pm on the 13th, a store clerk reported to the police that a car had crashed into Nakau Okayama Hamano, a restaurant chain located in Minami Ward, Okayama City.



When the police rushed to the scene, a passenger car collided near the entrance of the store and stopped.



According to police, a man in his 20s who was driving the car in the accident was taken to a hospital in the city in an unconscious state, but was later confirmed dead.



In addition, there were about 10 people in the store at the time, including the store clerk and customers, and of these, several customers were slightly injured by broken glass fragments in the collision.



Police are investigating the details of the accident and the identity of the deceased man, as it is believed that the car was hit from the prefectural road passing in front of the store.



The site is an area lined with houses and shops located about 3.2 kilometers southeast of JR Omoto Station.
