It is truly terrifying that the state of madness that has prevailed in the Arab scene for decades continues, because of its dire effects on the present and future of the nation, and what it will lead to in doubling the suffering of the great class of Arab peoples who have always had to pay the price for this madness with their blood, pain and shattered dreams. .

In the previous article, we discussed the manifestations of this madness at the level of the current Arab regimes, which are far from their historical responsibilities towards their people and their nation.

This absurd state of insanity is a reflection of a deep-rooted intellectual crisis that needs someone to study and analyze it and determine its causes and ways to address it.

The pervasive madness of the authority, its tyrannical hegemony, and its repressive security penetration in all details led the Arab elites to enter a parallel state of madness, moving away from their main role in the honest and honest direction of the society's movement.

The Arab elite and its madness

What is meant by the elite are the societal classes that influence the movement of the state and society and the orientations of individuals. Here are examples of the most prominent of these classes and the most prominent groups that fall under them:

  • The political elite: It includes party cadres, members of Parliament, political activists, and political forces.

  • The economic elite: It includes businessmen, merchants, trade unions, and workers.

  • Legal and legislative elite: It includes judges, legislators, lawyers and human rights defenders.

  • The religious elite: It includes religious scholars, preachers, and preachers.

  • Media elite: It includes owners of media organizations, content managers, producers, broadcasters, editors, journalists, and correspondents.

  • The cultural elite: It includes writers, authors, and artists of various disciplines.

  • Intellectual elite: It includes philosophers, thinkers, experts and specialists.

  • Academic elite: It includes university professors, researchers, and directors of research and study centers.

  • The social elite: It includes notables, sheikhs, tribal leaders, and those at their level.

  • The civil elite: It includes heads of civil society institutions.

    Civil, humanitarian, legal and relief.

The pervasive madness of power, its tyrannical hegemony, and its repressive security penetration in all details have led the elite to enter a parallel state of madness, moving away from its main role in honest and faithful guidance of the movement of society. The most prominent manifestations of this state are evident in the following:

  • Retreat: Where all elite classes and groups and most of their members entered under the cloak of power, to become part of its madness, under the pressure of temptation, self-interest, and personal selfishness.

  • Introversion: Most of the minority, who could not bear to be subjugated under the mantle of power, preferred to withdraw into themselves and withdraw into their despair, in order to avoid the wrath of the authority, and its security practices, which follow its news daily, including threats, prosecution, summons, arrest, suppression, defamation, bargaining, and humiliation.

  • Escape: Part of the introverted minority preferred to get rid of the state of introversion and its psychological and material effects by escaping outside their countries, to find themselves between 4 main options:

    • The complete immobility and reluctance of despair that there was any way to stop the rampant madness.

    • Taking action to reject the state of insanity, and proposing ideas and mechanisms to limit its effects, but this movement remains very limited, sometimes due to scarcity of financial resources, or because of the policies of the host authorities at other times.

    • Accepting the exploitation of the host authorities, and responding to them in the service of their interests and political agenda.

    • Engaging in fragile opposition actions that are not based on foundations and unable to bring about change in the face of the madness of power.

    The retreat of the elite under the cloak of power, or the introversion and walking towards the wall of despair and frustration, or the escape to face the madness of power from the outside;

All of them are ways that will lead us in the end to one result, which is the failure to confront the madness and brutality of power.

    Implications for elite madness

The situation that the Arab elite, with its various classes and groups, have fallen into due to the madness of the authority, had severe consequences for the Arab reality, which made it madder than madness, and exacerbated the complexities of reality, and made it more severe, as the authority increased extremism in its political and security behavior, and in the forefront of these results:

  • Harnessing the capabilities and energies of the largest number of elites in the interest of reinforcing the madness of power, desperately defending it, and justifying all the political and economic disasters it causes on the social and individual levels.

  • Transforming the elite into a soft arm that defends the madness of power, with its social extensions, and political, economic, religious, cultural and intellectual intersections, and transforming this elite into serial groups of hypocrites and beneficiaries alienated from society and the people.

  • Distorting the facts and misleading the people who are subject to a process of continuous mental and intellectual stuffing, with which they are unable to distinguish their rights and duties.

  • Bringing the people to power, persuading them always of the correctness of the madness they are doing, and showing them that they are the pinnacle of correctness and the eye of wisdom.

  • Constantly nurturing the people's illusion, showing them that they are real, and that their dreams and aspirations are about to come true, and that makes them constantly wait in vain.

  • Completely closed the door to thinking of real reform solutions capable of addressing the state of insanity in power.

  • Deepening the authority's sense of the correctness of its insane practices, the justice of its repressive practices, the legality of its security violations, and the nobility of its tyranny and possession.

  • Antagonizing the components of the people against each other, and turning society into an ideal arena for security activity, under the pretext of preserving power, promoting stability, and thwarting terrorist operations and external conspiracies, regardless of the social disasters that this leaves.

  • Freezing the introverted elite, which did not succumb to the temptation of power, distanced itself from what was going on around it, and found in silence its protection from hostility to power, and falling under the weight of its persecution and persecution.

This freeze means that the state and the people will lose a huge balance of accumulated experiences and high competencies capable of presenting creative ideas to find appropriate solutions to confront the madness of power.

  • Transforming the fleeing elite into homeless elements that are tossed around by the raging political waves outside the country, where they are adapted to foreign agendas that provide them with much-needed assistance.

  • This situation that the Arab elite is experiencing at a time of the power frenzy that the region is witnessing makes the scene very bleak in the way of searching for paths of action to find safe solutions and mechanisms to confront the power frenzy.

    However, retreating under the cloak of power, or withdrawing and walking towards the wall of despair and frustration, or escaping to confront it from the outside;

All of them are ways that will lead us in the end to one result, which is the failure to confront the madness and brutality of power.

This means that those with vigilant and sincere conscience among the elites belonging to the nation, at the national and national levels, must search for alternative ways and means that will achieve gradual success in confronting this madness, and put in place policies that guarantee this success, in order to consolidate reconciliation, dismantle the shields of hostile discourse, and reassure power, and uprooting the roots of fear and anxiety that drive madness.

The question that will be asked by the reader and all those interested in this matter, so that the proposal does not appear to be a form of absurdity or intellectual luxury: If the issue is in this way of obstruction, then what is the way to do so?

    And how is the beginning?

    And who has the lead?

Does the rest of the elite have the ability to do this task?

What are the means, mechanisms and policies that help them to do so?

How much time do you need?
