Five years after the death of Johnny Hallyday, his widow Laeticia is still looking for a buyer for his villa located in Marnes-la-Coquette.

A certain Cyril Hanouna would have visited La Savannah.

The producer and host of C8 is indeed one of the possible buyers of the villa where the rocker breathed his last.

Laeticia Hallyday has a hard time separating from Johnny's villa, located in Marnes-la-Coquette.

After having shared, without success, an announcement via the real estate network Coldwell Banker Realty, the widow of the rocker entrusted the keys to La Savannah to the Kretz, real estate agents specializing in luxury goods.

The price of the property has been set at 10.5 million euros.

A figure far too high according to Cyril Hanouna, who is among the possible buyers.

"The charges are staggering, between 15,000 and 20,000 euros per month"

The host and producer of C8 would have recently visited La Savannah, according to information from its columnist Bernard Montiel.

"You visited it recently, you are mentioned among the possible buyers," said the latter in

Touche pas à mon poste.

"After Johnny's death, Laeticia Hallyday had first displayed it at 17 million euros but, even at that price, it was not possible", underlines the columnist of

TPMP.

"In my opinion, its real price is 8 million maximum because the place is exceptional but the charges are staggering, between 15,000 and 20,000 euros per month. I think it can be negotiable at 6 million euros".

"Cyril Hanouna is a very upright person"

Cyril Hanouna maintained the mystery as to his desire to buy Johnny's villa.

The facilitator is familiar with the real estate agents dealing with the sale of the house.

"We sold him his house in Boulogne-Billancourt, he is a very upright person who always respects his word", Martin and Valentin Kretz recently confided about him in

Le Buzz TV

du

Figaro.

Whether the buyer is Cyril Hanouna or another billionaire, Laeticia Hallyday will be delighted: the sale of the house will allow her to pay off the debts left by Johnny on his death in December 2017.
