No Swedish prices
The Golden Globes are usually seen as an indication of how things will go at the Oscars in March.
Both Composer Ludwig Göransson and director Ruben Östlund were nominated, but Swedish Golden Globe dreams unfortunately remained unfulfilled.
Östlund's Palme d'Or award-winning satirical comedy "Triangle of sadness" had a chance in the Best Film (Musical or Comedy) category, but it was Martin McDonagh's "The banshees of Inisherin" that won.
The snack ice cream "The white lotus" was named best mini-series.
Cate Blanchett received the award for best actress for her performance in "Tár".
The award for Best Actor (Drama) went to Austin Butler for portraying Elvis Presley in "Elvis".
Steven Spielberg was one of the evening's big winners with his autobiographical "The Fabelmans", for which he was awarded both for Best Drama Film and Best Director.
- I have carried this story since I was 17. I have partly told it through my career.
"ET" has parts of it, "Close Encounter of the Third Degree" has parts of this story.

Zelenskyy was a guest
Actor Sean Penn presented a pre-recorded message from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The president thanked those who during the past year have supported the Ukrainian people in the struggle for peace and freedom.
- The war is not over but the wind has turned, it is clear who will win, said Zelensky.
- There will not be a third world war, this is not a trilogy, we will stop the Russian attack.
