"The Fabelmans" by Steven Spielberg and the comedy "The Banshees of Inisherin" by Martin McDonagh were rewarded on Tuesday January 10 at the Golden Globes ceremony.

“The Fabelmans,” a Steven Spielberg-directed film inspired by his teenage years, won Best Drama.

"The Banshees of Inisherin", a black comedy starring Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson, was crowned best musical or comedy.

Many stars attended the Golden Globes this year, after the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA), which organizes the event, diversified its membership list and revised its practices.

The ceremony was largely shunned last year due to criticism in 2021 that the HFPA had questionable policies and had no black members.
