Mikhalkov's comment was published in his Besogon Telegram channel. 

“While I remain in the hospital, I continue to undergo examinations and receive the necessary treatment,” he said.

He also said that in the media and social networks there is a lot of information about his condition, which is not true.

Earlier it was reported that Mikhalkov was hospitalized with the flu on January 5.

Later it became known that he was in the intensive care unit.
