Carla Bruni gets involved in the "Harry and Meghan" affair.

While the terrible spouses of the British crown have been talked about a lot in recent weeks with the broadcast of their documentary on Netflix and the publication of Harry's memoirs, the former First Lady shared on her Instagram account a photo of the couple.

And, she replaced Meghan's head with that of Yoko Ono, John Lennon's wife.

A joke that aroused the indignation of his community…

While Prince Harry is talking about him around the world with the sensational revelations of his memoirs, published this Tuesday, January 10, Carla Bruni has decided to seize the subject on his Instagram account.

The former First Lady shared a photo of the Duke of Sussex and his wife Meghan Markle when they announced their engagement.

And, for "joke", the wife of Nicolas Sarkozy made a montage by putting the head of Yoko Ono in place of that of Meghan Markle.

Carla Bruni compares Meghan to Yoko Ono

A way of indicating that the two women are similar.

Yoko Ono, the wife of John Lennon, has long been held responsible for the separation of the Beatles by taking her husband to the United States, where he died assassinated.

For Carla Bruni, Meghan Markle, like Yoko Ono, would therefore have caused the break between her husband and his relatives.

"If it's humor, it's in bad taste"

If the former First Lady wanted to joke by sharing this montage, her fans found it in very bad taste.

“I don't understand… is that supporting women?” commented a user before adding, scathingly: “This post is not worthy of you”.

"Yoko is great, what a bad joke. Besides, it's also very bad to see a woman laugh at another woman," added another.

"Not funny", "Disappointing", "If it's humor, it's in bad taste", "Why post such an insensitive thing?"

or even “I have always admired you for thinking that you were a chic woman but apparently I was wrong”, can we also read in the comments of the publication of Carla Bruni.
