“The prayers and efforts of the doctors did not help.
Alexey Ivanovich Slapovsky, the great Russian writer and citizen, died today at 08:00,” he wrote on his social networks.
According to the agency, earlier Rudakov said that Slapovsky was taken to the intensive care unit of the Moscow City Pulmonology Center in serious condition with 75% lung damage.
Earlier, the Izvestia newspaper wrote that the writer and journalist Ivan Chernykh died in Moscow at the age of 95.
