  Yao Kai was born in December 1969 in Lujiang, Anhui Province. He started working in August 1990 and joined the Communist Party of China in April 1998.

In the "double-opening" notice, he was accused of "illegally owning shares in non-listed companies" and "blatantly using his power to manage urban construction projects, colluding with unscrupulous businessmen, and eating inside and outside".

  The Anhui Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision recently publicly notified the violation of the eight central regulations on typical mental issues involving the above two people.
