From the 4th, station names have changed at four stations on the Nagoya Municipal Subway.

At "Nagoya Castle Station", which was changed from "City Hall Station", a commemorative ceremony was held with the participation of Mayor Kawamura of Nagoya City.

In an effort to make the station names of the municipal subway easier for tourists to understand, starting from the 4th, the Meijo Line's ``Shiyakusho Station'' will be renamed ``Nagoyajo Station,''

▽ ``Jingu Nishi Station'' will be renamed ``Atsuta Jingu Nishi Station.''


▽"Tenmacho Station" was changed to "Atsuta Jingu Tenmacho Station",


and along with the relocation of the Nakamura Ward Office,


"Nakamura Ward Office Station" on the Sakuradori Line was changed to "Taikodori Station".



Among them, at "Nagoya Castle Station", a commemorative ceremony will be held at the "7th entrance" that imitates the Korai gate of the castle, and the "Nagoya Omotenashi Bushotai" will perform PR to tourists by pretending to be Mayor Kawamura and Sengoku warlords. "Ieyasu Tokugawa" and others participated.



In front of the new signboard, Ieyasu shouted, "Nagoya Castle Station, it's time to depart!"



The signboard is made of Urakiso cypress, which was also used in the restoration of the Honmaru Palace, and has the same typeface as the castle seal of Nagoya Castle, and the letters of "Nagoya Castle Station" are boldly written.
