In the early morning of January 2, two men fell into an ice hole on the North Canal of Zhangzhuang Village, Huxian Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing. After more than 7 hours of search and rescue by fire rescue personnel and members of the Blue Sky Rescue Team, the two men were rescued one after another. Unfortunately All have no vital signs.
At 0:33 on January 2, the water rescue team of the Tongzhou District Fire Rescue Detachment received an alarm. Someone fell into the ice hole in the North Canal of Zhangzhuang Village, Huxian Town, Tongzhou District, and then 8 fire engines rushed to the scene.
After the fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene, they learned that the two people fell into the ice hole while picking up their mobile phones on the ice, and the fire rescue personnel immediately organized rescue.
At 1:41 a.m., the first person who fell into the water was rescued, and it was verified by 120 that he had no vital signs.
After that, the Blue Sky Rescue Team also joined the search and rescue until 7:20 in the morning, the second person who fell into the water was rescued, and the 120 confirmed that he had no vital signs.
The two victims are said to be around the age of 30.
For those who fell into the water, the firefighter reminded that they must be calm, call for help loudly, and do not waste energy and choke water because of panic. While pawing the ice surface with their hands, try their best to step on the water and paddle with their feet, so that their heads are above the water, ensure breathing, and wait. Rescue, or use the strength of the waist to roll the body and climb onto the ice.
Do not dive and swim if you fall into an ice hole. It is difficult for people to break through the ice under the ice.
