There is a lot of talk about the employment of citizens in the private sector, and a lot of confusion was raised about this a while ago, and I remained silent at the time, because the vast majority saw the matter only from one angle, and I believe that we need to look at the issue of the presence of citizens working in the private sector in general. It is more effective than that, and we have to know what we have and what we owe in this important issue for our state, and its impact on our societal economy and the efficiency of our human resources.

First, let us agree on some things. First, the presence of citizens in the private sector will give our human forces many experiences that we as a country need. Second, competition in the private sector creates a kind of challenge, which will develop the capabilities of our cadres and meet our future aspirations. Third, this is an important point. He is ignorant of those who say that the private sector does not pay high salaries, and does not provide the required privileges to our citizens. On the contrary, there are jobs, positions, and businesses for which large salaries are paid, especially since our country brings together major international companies, and takes its land as a regional headquarters for many giant companies. Fourthly, the private sector is the pillar of the national economy, and our citizens must be part of this structure in one way or another, and fifthly, I find that the private sector refines the skills of young people to be future entrepreneurs, as it opens their eyes to gains, trade methods, how to provide services, and find what People want it, and this is a great experience that our children must master, soonNot later, as we are at the gates of a stage in which we must rely on our competencies and experiences as a national human force.

But realistically, the existence of job vacancies that are not intended for citizens does not and cannot mean that these vacancies are not designated for them. Rather, it means that our citizens will enter the circle of competition with those with international expertise and skills, and here comes the benefit. When we urge our youth to possess these experiences and skills, we will raise the bar. Our capabilities, and after a while from now we will not need programs or initiatives to employ citizens in the private sector, but rather they will have reserved a place for them, and they will rise and gain experiences that will make them rise in their functional tasks and administrative positions, and this is what we must reach in the coming years.

Thousands of people flock to our country every day looking for job opportunities, and the fact that most of them, or even most of them, find this opportunity, and you find that many of them, within a few years, have acquired experiences within our country, which he would have needed dozens of years to acquire in his country. Our country, thank God, provides A global, developed, open and flexible work environment with every modernization or development, and our youth must crowd this line to reach these experiences, and not be content with government support initiatives, because we want to establish sustainable expertise, establishing our generations to have a place in the private sector.

The private sector is able to provide a work environment and great privileges that benefit tens of thousands, and our workforce must strive to compete in this competition, and do not say that we are incapable. On the contrary, we have universities with international standards, which graduate to the labor market high national competencies, and our people are open, accustomed people. On the global environment, we only need to knock on doors, and create opportunities, not wait for them.
