A British man ate 124 kebabs in a month...and this is what happened to him

A British man who loves food devoured 124 meals of kebab in one month, setting a record level of meat that he devoured, as it contained about a quarter of a million calories, but the man revealed that he felt a "physical and psychological" transformation after eating this huge amount of meat. .

According to the report published by the British newspaper "Metro", the man is called Des Brecky, 36, from Manchester, northern England. For a month, he ate four kebabs in the evening and then fell asleep.

Breki says that he eventually suffered "psychological and physical" damage after eating this amount of meat, which contains about 250,000 calories.

Breki is an engineer and father of two children, but he says he loves food, and prefers to eat it in the evening and night hours, so he preferred "not to eat dinner that does not include barbecue on Christmas Eve, in order to make room for more delicious dishes later in the night."

Bricky says he feels a great sense of "accomplishment", having raised £1,000 for charity, and says he now plans to "retire from extreme eating challenges".

Breki had devoured this amount of kebab as a result of his entry into the so-called "epic eating challenge", which is a contest or challenge to eat, but it ended up with "physical and psychological troubles", as he confirms.

"I will never do it again," he said. "This is my last dance. I am now retired. I enjoyed the food, but it hurt me physically. I felt foolish. I get no fruit, no vegetables, no nutrition. I couldn't eat anything else."

Des Brikki started his 'Epic Eating Challenge' on December 1st, traveling to different kebab shops every day in search of rolls, and was careful not to eat any food all day so he would have room for the kebabs he had to devour in the evening.

"I used to starve myself all day at work," he said. "I would finish at 5 pm, and then eat four kebabs."
