Millions of countries around the world followed, as usual, the celebrations that were broadcast from the "Burj Khalifa" area and from 30 locations in Dubai, and their skies lit up at midnight, in an event awaited annually by millions of followers from inside and outside the country.

Fireworks lit up the city sky to welcome the year 2023, from several destinations in Dubai such as Atlantis Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek, Al Seef, Global Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Palazzo Versace Dubai, Sky Views viewing platform, Dubai Frame, Bluewaters, The Beach opposite Jumeirah Beach Residence and many other locations.

With much joy and enjoyment, which the UAE masters its manufacture and presents to its citizens and all residents on its land, the seven emirates of the country welcomed the year 2023 with huge celebrations, and with new records in fireworks and laser shows, which amazed the followers and received wide interaction from the audience, and from viewers on screens. Television and social media, making it one of the most watched New Year's Eve celebrations in the world.

And in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as part of the activities of the Sheikh Zayed Festival to celebrate the New Year, a wide audience watched the largest fireworks display that lasted for more than 40 continuous minutes, and the largest display of "drones" using more than 3,000 drones painted in the sky of Al Wathba, a welcome message for the new year at the end of the interesting show.

The public in the capital, Abu Dhabi, watched a huge fireworks display on the Corniche as part of the Mother of the Nation Festival.

Residents and visitors were also on a date with a huge and exciting fireworks display at Al Majaz Waterfront in Sharjah, in addition to a fireworks show on Khorfakkan Beach.
