An NPO in Nagoya received food from a local delicatessen maker and provided it to support groups so that people in need could enjoy osechi ryori.

This is an activity that the NPO "Second Harvest Nagoya" in Kita Ward, Nagoya City conducts on New Year's Eve every year.



This year, about 1.6 tons in total of kombu rolls, tataki burdock, and black soybeans were provided by a local side dish maker that wholesales osechi dishes to supermarkets, and about 20 people, including volunteers, cooked at the NPO office. I sorted the boxes containing

The osechi dishes were distributed to a total of 13 organizations, including organizations that support people in need and facilities for the disabled. .



Of these, the person in charge of an exchange group for the elderly in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, said, "I am really grateful for your help. Everyone is waiting, so I would like to share it with you."
