In addition, from December 31, 2022 to January 2, 2023, due to the influence of cold air, the temperature in Northeast China, North China and other places will drop by 4-6°C, and the local drop can reach more than 8°C.

Rain and snow occurred in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan and other places

  From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, there were light to moderate snow or sleet in western Sichuan, eastern Yunnan, Guizhou, central Hunan, and northern Jiangxi. The precipitation in central Hunan reached 10-15 mm.

This morning, there was heavy fog in central and eastern Henan, northern Anhui and other places, and local visibility was less than 100 meters.

Rain and snow still in the Southwest

  Affected by the southern branch trough and the cold air going south, there will still be rain and snow in the southwest and other places in the next three days. Among them, there will be light snow or sleet in eastern Tibet, western Sichuan plateau, northern Yunnan, northern Guizhou, and eastern Chongqing. There was moderate to heavy snow in the southern part of the Western Sichuan Plateau and northern Yunnan; there was light rain in the Sichuan Basin, central and southern Yunnan, central and southern Guizhou, western and northern Hunan, and Taiwan Island, among which there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of the eastern part of Taiwan Island.

  In addition, from December 31, 2022 to January 2, 2023, due to the influence of cold air, the temperature in Northeast China, North China and other places will drop by 4~6°C, and the local drop can reach more than 8°C; There will be light snow or sleet at higher altitudes in the west and east of the southwest.

Specific forecast for the next three days

  From 08:00 on December 29th to 08:00 on December 30th, there were light to moderate snow or rain clips in parts of the mountainous areas in southwestern Xinjiang, northern northern Xinjiang, western Tibet, southern Sichuan plateau, northeastern Yunnan, western Guizhou, and southern Anhui. Snow, among them, there are local heavy snows (5-9 mm) in the mountainous areas of southwestern Xinjiang and southern Sichuan Plateau; parts of Sichuan Basin, most of Yunnan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, western and northern Fujian, western Guangxi, and Taiwan Island There is light to moderate rain in the area, including local heavy rain (25-45 mm) in the northern part of Taiwan Island.

Some areas in central Inner Mongolia, northern Hebei, Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula, and central and northern Tibet have winds of magnitude 4 to 6, and some areas in central Tibet have winds of magnitude 7 or above (see Figure 1).

There are 7-9 winds in the Taiwan Strait, 5-7 winds in the southern East China Sea, northern and central South China Sea, and Beibu Gulf.

  From 08:00 on December 30 to 08:00 on December 31, there were light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang mountainous areas, northern and eastern Tibet, southwestern Qinghai, and northeastern Yunnan; southern Sichuan Basin, There were light to moderate rains in parts of western Guizhou, most of Yunnan, and Taiwan Island, among which there were local heavy rains (25-40 mm) in the northern part of Taiwan Island.

Some areas in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern Hebei, and central and northern Tibet have winds of magnitude 4 to 6, and some areas in central Tibet can reach winds of magnitude 7 or above (see Figure 2).

There are 7 to 9 winds in the Taiwan Strait, 7 to 8 winds in the central and eastern South China Sea, and 6 to 7 winds in the northern, central and western parts of the South China Sea.

Among them, there were heavy rains and local heavy rains (50-70 mm) in parts of eastern Taiwan Island.

There are 7-9 winds in the Taiwan Strait, 7-8 winds in the southwest of the South China Sea, and 6-7 winds in the southern East China Sea, northern and central South China Sea.
