Villers-sur-Mer (Calvados) can be proud of an original distinction: one of its ATMs has been voted the most beautiful in France.
It must be said that the device is in a cabin that looks like a typical Norman half-timbered house.
The prize was awarded to the town last week, reports France 3 Normandy.
A ceremony was organized for the occasion.
Last November, the mayor of the town announced on Facebook to his constituents that the device would be a candidate for the title of most beautiful ATM in the country.

The election was organized during the congress of the Association of Mayors of France (AMF), which took place in Paris from 22 to 24 November.
The DAB installed in Villers-sur-Mer in March 2022 won over voters.
The mayor in passing welcomed the services that the device provides to the inhabitants of the district where it was placed, who previously had to move to withdraw liquid.
