It is normal for organizations to face internal conflicts from time to time, so even if the rules and procedures are sound and in place, many disagreements and misunderstandings must occur, but the problem escalates when these matters are not addressed or curbed immediately, because then trivial issues will turn into Greater conflicts, and negative feelings and their repercussions will prevail in the workplace.

So, in fact, he says that problems will inevitably arise, and their causes are many and varied, and they may differ from one institution to another. There are problems that arise when there is no clarity during the definition of tasks for employees, that is, their specific roles and responsibilities, and then the tasks overlap and intertwine and conflicts float among them. There is also the issue of communication between departments and team members. In the absence of effective communication, transparency is absent, and information is disturbed and conflicting with each other, which leads to problems. We do not forget here the issue of routine in the workplace, which is an issue that has a great impact on employees, especially when they are used to A certain routine and they begin to feel comfortable with the jobs entrusted to them. If the administration then decides to restructure the work and adopt new methods and approaches, the older employees will begin to resist it because they are sometimes unable to adapt to this change, while the new employees will tend to go along with it and accept it, which leads to the emergence of unhealthy competition. at work,Teamwork will deteriorate, leading to major conflict affecting the organization.

We come to the issue related to differences in temperaments and personalities, and in ways of dealing with work and tasks, which are matters that also have great effects. Institutions may have employees of different cultures, backgrounds and experiences, and in terms of values, ages and attitudes as well, and they need a sound institutional culture that brings them together on the road. If that culture is absent, it will be replaced by a negative culture among the team members, and problems will develop into serious conflicts fueled by personal differences and will eventually lead to functional clashes.

The foregoing leads us to the fact that the absence of good management in the workplace is responsible for the exacerbation of conflicts, and managers and team leaders should understand their supervisory roles not only to check the completion of jobs and tasks but also to see if there is positive interaction within the team, i.e. they should not ignore the smallest conflicts, They are able to identify minor issues and complaints among team members, and most of all, they are willing to listen to everyone objectively, impartially and without bias.

But what happens when the conflict between employees rises and escalates to reach the owners of the solution and linkage, that is, between managers and those responsible for departments whose interests conflict and whose strategies differ, then the work environment will turn into an unhealthy environment for everyone, and negative effects will appear from the base to the top of the pyramid, and these effects will be It is contagious to the extent that it undermines productivity and ravages the foundations and its various joints.

Perhaps the solutions here are represented in returning to the laws of governance and defining powers. If it fails, the issue of dialogue comes based on the fact that the institution is large or small, it has a specific goal that it seeks, and everyone must overcome their differences and work towards achieving this goal. If that issue also fails, then there is nothing left but direct intervention from The highest decision-makers, such as the general manager, the board of directors, or the body responsible for the institution, and then the higher interests are put on the table, the departments are rearranged, and their managers are changed as required by that interest.
