The Dubai Lights event will continue until January 29, 2023, allowing visitors to view more light installations by major artists and studios in Dubai Design District and Palm Jumeirah.
The Dubai Corporation for Festivals and Retail, one of the institutions of the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, indicated that the festival presents a special show that includes 10 unique interactive light formations that provide an immersive artistic journey that combines light and sound in “City Walk” during the Dubai Shopping Festival this year, as the external show is held under the title The Sparks Within celebrates the power, resilience, and positivity of light and sound as a symbol of the connection between people, places, and nature.
Visitors can enjoy a range of unique light installations throughout City Walk, such as the interactive C/C sculpture by Angela Chong, as well as the Nest artwork by Vikas Patel and Santosh Gujjar, the Never Ends model by Luigi Consul and Valentina November, and submergence. Designed by Squidsup, the two holograms offer audiences a unique and immersive light experience.
