And according to the director general of the French agency Daniel Féau, quoted in the article, this would not be an epiphenomenon.

"Many of them have the series in mind and want to afford a little bit of capital," he explains, adding that the budget of potential buyers still fluctuates between one and three million euros!

A postcard that makes people dream abroad
