On the 25th of Christmas, a get-together for Ukrainian refugees in Japan was held in Tokyo.

This exchange meeting was held in Shibuya, Tokyo by a private support organization to create an opportunity for Ukrainians who have taken refuge in Japan to gather without being isolated.

On the outdoor stage, Ukrainian artists sang songs that are widely popular in their home country, and performed dances while holding the hands of the gathered crowd.

At the venue, handmade dolls and amulets made by Ukrainian women and children were also sold, and the people who bought them were seen giving words of encouragement.

In addition, Ukrainian home-cooked dishes such as borscht and pirozhki, which have been popular in Ukraine for a long time, will be served, and the participants will enjoy conversation while eating, take commemorative photos, and spend Christmas in Japan. I was enjoying my time.

A woman who evacuated to Japan with her children in July this year said, "I'm happy that people who have evacuated from Ukraine can gather and speak the same language and have a meal. I think we can have a good Christmas." was
