About 700 people have been invited to sports and music events since seven years ago, as part of the support for children by the Metropolitan Police Department and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
When the live started, the children enjoyed standing up and waving their penlights to the music.
A male student in the first year of junior high school who participated said, "I sang and danced and the time flew by. I had a great time at Christmas and I think I can do my best next year."
