TF1's flagship show for Christmas Eve, Les 12 coups de Noël returns this year with new guests.
And Jean-Luc Reichmann, its historic presenter, told Europe 1 his thoughts for single people, for whom television plays an important role in these end-of-year celebrations.
Like every year on TF1, Jean-Luc Reichmann will be at the controls of a special program of 12 noon shots.

"There is a breath of fresh air with the entire Star Academy who will be present on the set, but also Florent Peyre, Tayc, Hélène Darroze and then the biggest log I have taken in my life: I rolled over a ball but not just any ball, a Christmas ball", describes the presenter to Europe 1, cheerful.

Offer joy and sharing
The program is festive because television plays a very important role on New Year's Eve.
It is indeed a refuge for many people who do not necessarily have relatives with whom to celebrate.
And it is to them that Jean-Luc Reichmann wanted to send a message.

"There are a lot of people alone: old people but also young people. People who wait until noon the next day to see their grandchildren, or people in nursing homes. For me it's a little tricky because I I lost my mom this year, but I know that there are people who will be sad during this period so I wanted to offer them joy and sharing", he confided.
A welcome presence according to the president of SOS Amitié, Ghislaine Desseigne.
The association employs 2,000 people throughout France to answer the telephone to all people who feel isolated.
