Regarding broadcaster Lee Sang-byeok (75), who received a suspended indictment for indecent assault, the victim's side objected to the claim that "the victim was drunk and pushed first."

On the 23rd, Lee Sang-byeok told a media outlet, "I got drunk from where this woman ate and came from. And she insisted on doing love shots. I'm the kind of person who goes around that system and does it habitually. Once my name became known, I became a target, but I became a victim." apologized and it was settled."

Regarding this, Mr. A, a woman in her 40s who was a victim of forced molestation, complained in a phone call with SBS Entertainment News reporters, saying, "The interview with Lee Sang-byeok is a lie."

Mr. A said, "That day, Mr. A went to the restaurant without drinking, let alone drunk. It was not even a situation to sit right next to Mr. Lee Sang-byeok, but when the party next to him went outside, he set it up again and sat next to him. Skinship first. There is absolutely no reason to do it."

Lee Sang-byeok explained in an interview with her that the physical contact that occurred that day occurred while she was giving a love shot to Mr. A.

However, according to the prosecution's disposition, she did not make an ideal love shot, but put her hand inside Mr. A's blouse and pants and touched her body.

Mr. A said, “It is absurd to say that Mr. A apologized to Mr. Lee Sang-byeok. He is a victim and there is evidence, so why would he apologize? "I hope you stop lying and reflect on yourself right now," he emphasized.

According to the legal community, on the 25th of last month, the Seosan branch of the Daejeon District Prosecutor's Office suspended the indictment of Lee Sang-byeok, who was sent on charges of indecent assault.

Lee Sang-byeok was accused of indecent assault last September, including touching the body several times inside the clothes of a woman in her 40s while drinking with friends at a restaurant on August 29th.

Prosecutors did not prosecute, saying, "The crime is not light, but he admitted all the charges, repented of his mistakes, and reached an agreement with the victim."

Lee Sang-byeok is a reporter-turned-broadcaster who has hosted KBS's 'TV Carrying Love' and 'Morning Yard'.
