In Shandan County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, people set up a stove and set up a big pot to cook the local traditional "Niuwazi rice" in a dozen big pots with more than a thousand catties of noodles, more than ten pigs and a lot of vegetables , The steaming "fireworks" attracted tens of thousands of people to share the food.

  "Niuwazi rice" is a local traditional custom, and it will start lively every winter solstice festival.

After two years of silence, the lively "Niuwazi Rice" has returned.

This year's winter solstice "Niuwazi rice" was cooked in more than ten pots at the same time, and nearly a hundred people participated in the production process.

  [Explanation] At the event site, there was a long queue in front of every big pot. Bowls of steaming "Niuwazi rice" were quickly cooked in the hands of the chef. Adults and children gathered together to taste the hometown food. Traditional food, feel the strong festive atmosphere.

  The main purpose is to eat this Niuwazi rice and enjoy the show. This big pot rice is very delicious, and the show is also very exciting. This is also a traditional culture of our Shandanqi store. As young people, we also hope to continue this culture keep passing on.
