There is no doubt that corporate work culture is the key to corporate success and business prosperity, and this is confirmed by many studies that indicate that companies with sound corporate cultures are about twice as likely to achieve revenue growth compared to other companies, and they also have three times greater opportunities to achieve significant growth. In stocks and investments, however, the problem remains associated with some human resources leaders, who fail to develop their institutions, depriving them of the necessary work culture to lead businesses and direct them towards the future.

Certainly, there is no easy task, especially if we know that 85% of institutions fail to change their cultures, no matter how long the days go by, not because they are unable to do so, but rather because they are ignorant of the value of that culture in defining the basic values and principles that guide the organizational behavior of the institution, and thus put it on The right path in the world of success and excellence.

But what is meant by institutional work culture and how do we succeed in building it?

We can look at the corporate culture as all the company's beliefs, values, and attitudes, and how those elements affect the behavior of its employees, that is, it is simply responsible for managing and directing the actions of all team members, so if the culture carries positive and distinctive features, it will inevitably lead to improved performance, and in return If it suffers from imbalances, it will hinder even the most successful and stable institutions.

For example, in order to face economic challenges, some business leaders tend to reduce costs in areas that affect employee morale, and they do not realize that this is a fatal mistake, because it often leads to a decrease in their productivity or even their leaving work, and thus the loss of distinguished competencies and expertise. However, the right approach says that employees are the basis for any business or economic activity, and they are the ones who must be taken into account and invested in them instead of cutting costs or restricting them.

Therefore, the culture of institutional work requires managers and officials to manage their work responsibly, and to enhance communication between human elements at various levels of employment, because true communication is the connection of hearts and minds, and only it is capable of integrating different viewpoints and diverse cultural practices, and only then will it be able to Employees are able to enhance their performance, and they will engage in broader ranges of harmony, and as it is known, the greater the connection and affiliation in the institution, the greater the employees' participation and the greater their solidarity.

There are many other aspects that must be taken into account in this context, such as the quality of the organizational structure and the governance of its levels, in addition to mechanisms for enhancing trust and transparency by empowering the employee’s voice, supporting participation, strengthening aspects of organizational flexibility, as well as reducing tension by giving priority to the employee’s well-being and taking into account his physical and psychological health. The same applies to evaluating the employee's experience and outstanding performance, and the related training and rehabilitation courses organized to develop job skills along with behavioral competencies and other essential requirements that ensure employee happiness and lead to more innovative and higher productivity results.

Yes, the institutional culture is one of the most important assets for the long-term success of institutions, with the values it carries for all parties to work. It is a challenge centered on human values in the workplace versus abstract transactions based on order and implementation. Towards growth, which is a behavioral control system characterized by flexibility, and carries with it full standards, and of course it is the law that harmonizes the goals and aspirations of the institution and between the work teams and the integrity of their performance.
