Within the framework of its strategy to support women in various fields, the Dubai Women's Establishment organized the eighth edition of the "Leadership Skills from an Equestrian Perspective" program, during the period from 13 to 16 March, as part of several training programs specialized in developing leadership and self-skills provided by the Foundation periodically.
