The city of Albi (Tarn) will install a giant screen for the 2022 World Cup final this Sunday.

The qualification of the Blues, who will face Messi's Argentina after having eliminated Morocco in the semi-finals, ended up convincing the municipality.

“The City of Albi, proud of the qualification of its national team, invites you to attend the final of the football world cup on a giant screen”, wrote the town hall on its Facebook account this Wednesday.

It meets its inhabitants from 2 p.m. at the Parc des expositions.

As a reminder, the kick-off for the final will be given at 4 p.m.

Admission is "free within the limit of available places" and "entertainment will be organized", specifies the municipality which indicates that wearing a mask is recommended.

“You have to make a mark and it's always a way to come together.

That does not mean, however, that we validate and endorse the question of human rights in Qatar, ”said Michel Franques, sports assistant for the town hall of Albi, on Europe 1.
