This exhibition is divided into three exhibition areas: reproduction works of Zuo Zongtang's authentic calligraphy, works evaluated by celebrities and famous artists, and Zuo Zongtang's couplets written by contemporary calligraphers.
Zuo Zongtang is familiar with the art of war, proficient in writing and ink, and good at calligraphy.
His couplets are exquisite in diction, vigorous in writing, and heroic in style. The four characters "Heaven and Earth Righteousness" in his writing imply the character of the Wei and Jin Dynasties. It gives people the awe-inspiring righteousness that is hard to offend.

The re-engraving exhibition area of authentic works takes the four characters "Heaven and Earth Righteousness" written by Zuo Zongtang as the theme, and lays out "Heaven: Worrying about the world", "Earth: Earth's long-term love", "Zheng: Keeping upright", "Qi: Langlang Qingqi" Four chapters.
"Walking into this exhibition hall gave me a shock, and I felt the upright spirit of Zuo Zongtang's pen and ink in that era. Only after reading through thousands of volumes and practicing with the ancients, can I write with such charm." Hunan Couplet Association Chairman Lu Xiaochuan said during the exhibition.
Zuo Wenxiang Temple was built in 1892. It is a special temple built by Wu Dacheng, governor of Hunan Province, to commemorate the merits of Zuo Zongtang's life.
In June 2022, after the restoration and display of the Zuowenxiang Temple was approved by the Hunan Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics, Xiangyin County quickly listed it as a key cultural relic protection and utilization project, and carried out rescue maintenance. Restore the scene of offering sacrifices in Zuo Wenxianggong Temple in the late Qing Dynasty.

It is hoped that the Zuo Wenxiang Temple will be built as a new landmark of the Zuo Zongtang Cultural Park, fully reflecting the cultural value of Zuo Zongtang, making it a National patriotism education base, Hunan culture heritage site.
It is understood that this year marks the 210th anniversary of Zuo Zongtang's birth. The Xiangyin County Party Committee and the County Government, in conjunction with the Hunan Calligraphers Association, invited and solicited famous calligraphers from all over the country to write Zuo Zongtang's couplet calligraphy works.
In addition to the 35 couplets exhibited this time, the organizer will select some of them to be exhibited successively through expert review to commemorate this national hero who defended the integrity of the country.
