In response to the success of the Japanese national team in the soccer World Cup, at a museum in Taiji, Wakayama Prefecture, captive dolphins are exercising with soccer balls.

At the Whale Museum in Taiji Town, Wakayama Prefecture, soccer balls were presented to dolphins in recognition of the Japanese national team's success.



The three Pacific white-sided dolphins that were given to us were flying soccer balls upward with their heads like heading, and swimming while poking with their mouths like dribbling.



In addition, when the keepers threw the ball in like a throw-in, they reacted quickly and their friends competed for the ball.



Natsumi Hayakawa, a zookeeper, said, ``The soccer team was really excited, so when I put the ball in, they had fun playing.
