Kheifets added that Leps "demanded to be allowed to play backgammon."
After the man “asked to be left alone,” Leps “gave his glasses to the guard and punched Dmitry in the face,” the lawyer claims.
He added that after that, the singer's security asked Heifetz's trustee to go outside to apologize to him.
“But there they just continued to beat him,” the lawyer said.
He also said that his client was diagnosed with a broken nose with displacement.
