Video game consoles monopolize, without real surprise, the first places of this list.

Four of the five most searched toys in the 161 countries considered in this study are consoles.

The PS5 tops the list with nearly 15 million searches per month.

Construction games come in fifth place.

Particularly popular in Europe, they are represented by brands such as Lego, Playmobil, Knex and Geomag.

In France, board games are also very popular.

Thus, Scrabble reaches the first place of Google searches.

Then come the famous Monopoly and Uno.



Barbie and the ever-popular superheroes

The famous Barbie doll still seduces as much by squatting the first place in thirty-two countries.

In fact, around 100 dolls per minute are sold all over the world… Faced with their ideal plastic, superheroes, very fashionable for several years, seduce young and old alike with their figurines, toys and other by-products.

In this category of toys, Spider-Man is number 1 in 24 countries, including France, while Batman is at the top in six countries.

Finally, toys from television programs are on the rise.

In this category, the

Transformers

series climbed to the top in 13 countries and

Paw Patrol

cars in 19. The

Power Rangers

tumbled to the top of the rankings in Asia and Oceania.
