[Explanation] Recently, Harbin Taiping International Airport, under the communication and coordination with the Heilongjiang Provincial Education Department and universities in Harbin, deployed more than 30 passenger planes to charter flights for college students to return home.
Before returning to the hometown, Harbin Taiping International Airport made statistics on the travel situation of college students and sorted out key cities with major needs, and deployed the aircraft preparation status and guarantee work arrangements of various airlines.

Organized 12 airlines such as China Southern Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, and Hainan Airlines to hold a special meeting on returning home work for college students in Harbin.
Through measures such as resuming routes, flights, adding charter flights, and opening green channels, flights in cities such as Xi’an, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, and Chongqing have been resumed, and flights in cities such as Haikou, Sanya, and Shenzhen have been increased. Our marketing department is also actively coordinating with airlines. The company replaced the wide-body model.
[Explanation] In order to ensure the smooth return of students to their hometowns, Harbin Taiping International Airport organized relevant guarantee units and local epidemic prevention and control headquarters to hold a guarantee coordination meeting to jointly study and formulate a guarantee plan for students to return to their hometowns.
At the same time, for some cities without direct flights, connecting flight products are provided with Beijing and Shanghai as transit points to meet the diverse travel needs of students.
