Disrupted maintenance sites?

“The Executive Board intends to drop only one level of remuneration (2.3%) to compensate for inflation 2022-2023”, regretted the CGT.

“The wage proposals have been rejected by all the trade unions which are calling for a strike on December 6, the day before the last negotiation session”.

RTE management has confirmed the announcement of a strike action and the holding of a final negotiation session on Wednesday 7 December.

The union wants 6.9% more for all

In order to "compensate for inflation over 2022-2023", the first union in the group is demanding a 6.9% increase for all.

The social climate within RTE is tense, particularly since the placement in police custody of four agents at the beginning of October in the premises of the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI), following a complaint from RTE.

This complaint against X concerns suspicions of fraudulent interventions on the electricity network within the framework of social movements in June and July.

The four agents are summoned before the Paris Criminal Court on February 28.

The CGT Energy Federation then denounced a "criminalization of the right to strike", aimed at "silencing wage demands".
