An Egyptian bride strangles her fiancé with her headscarf days before their wedding

The accused called the victim's mother, saying that her son passed out, and transferred him to Mahalla Hospital.

After the medical examination, the doctors found traces of suffocation on the neck of the young man, which made them inform the police and transfer the body to Al-Minshawi Hospital for forensic examination.
