A sake brewery in Iga City, Mie Prefecture, is working to fill sake into next year's Eto's "rabbit"-shaped pot.

Blessed with high-quality rice and water, the Iga region of Mie Prefecture is known for its thriving sake brewing industry. I'm here.

Next year, the company will start pouring sake into rabbit-shaped Shigaraki pots.

At the workshop, the person in charge puts a 1.8 liter bottle upside down on a special stand and pours junmai sake into the pot through a tube attached to the mouth of the bottle.

Yuri Kubo of Wakaebisu Sake Brewery said, "It's designed like a jumping rabbit. I want you to drink it deliciously with New Year's dishes."

The shipment of sake in Etonotsubo will continue until the beginning of this month, and will be sold at department stores in Japan, as well as exported to Europe and Asia.
