Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reached agreement on the terms of their divorce.
Two years after announcing their separation, the parents of North (nine years old), Saint, (six years old), Chicago (four years old) and Psalm (three years old) finalized the procedure by first accepting joint custody with a "equal access" to their children.
The subject was very sensitive until then, the rapper publicly accusing his ex-wife of preventing him from seeing their offspring.
Kanye West will also have to pay alimony of $200,000 per month to Kim Kardashian, with whom the children live most of the time.
If he complained of not being able to see his offspring when he wanted to, he had admitted himself that North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm were at their mother's house 80% of the time without this being a problem for him.
In case of disagreement between the ex-spouses on the decisions concerning their children, a mediator will intervene.
The absence of one of the parents in this mediation will give reason, by default, to the other.
Finally, no decision concerning the children can be taken without consultation and agreement of both parents, specifies the BBC, which adds that the costs of schooling, health and safety will be shared equally.
Regarding the division of the property of the two billionaires, it was carried out according to the terms of their marriage contract.
According to TMZ, Kanye West is keeping the $60 million Malibu home, his two ranches in Wyoming, land in Calabasas, a mansion in Belgium and his childhood home in Chicago.
Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, keeps the $60 million property in Hidden Hills where she lives with their children.
Kanye West also gave him the house he bought just across the street.
