What flavor will we remember when we think about 2022 later?

Everyone can probably answer that better themselves, but there is a high probability that oat milk will hit the taste buds of 2022 - along with its alternatives to the alternative.

Coconut, Soy, Almond.

This means that milk has at least made it to the small talk topic this year.

Anyone who doesn't tolerate them at all, in terms of health or mental health, could even argue about them.

It's winter now, and Christmas is getting chocolatier.

The good news for people who have been reaching for the other corner of the supermarket shelf for a while: the alternatives already exist, and even opponents of oat milk would probably hardly notice a difference.

Vegan chocolate usually just tastes like chocolate, and that doesn't just mean the dark bar, which doesn't contain whole milk anyway.

It also applies to the favorite chocolate of the Germans.

According to a survey by the Federal Association of the German Confectionery Industry (BDSI) from last year, that is whole milk at 21 percent.

The ingredients: sugar, cocoa beans, whole milk – or whey powder or sweet whey powder, which no longer sounds quite as appealing.

That can be replaced!

The vegan chocolate from Nucao (White Crunchy Hazelnut) gets its fat from hazelnuts and cocoa butter.

The cocoa content is particularly high in the Chocqlate (raspberry) alternative.

But of course, according to the oat milk principle, these bars are about more than taste.

The attitude is right (fair trade), the look anyway.

Zotter from Austria mixes hemp into his lingonberry variety and calls his variant coffee almond with date sugar the same as squaring the circle.

This is also typical of the vegan discussion: not everything makes sense.
