  At first, I thought that parkour was a majestic movement, that is, doing somersaults constantly. Later, I felt that parkour has no limitations, and it doesn’t just stop at somersaults. The purpose of parkour is to abandon all the sense of restraint that limits oneself.

  [Explanation] Pahldan Parheti was born and raised in the ancient city of Kashgar. He is familiar with every street and alley here, and this has become the starting point of his parkour career.

Known as a "living fossil", the ancient city of Kashgar combines the architectural relics of the Han and Tang Dynasties and ancient Rome with the characteristics of the modern life of the Uygur people, and is full of exotic customs.

It is also the largest adobe building complex in the world.

  The venue in the ancient city is enough for us to showcase the parkour movement in Xinjiang. The World Parkour Competition was held in Santorini, Greece, and the style is exactly the same as here, so I think the parkour in the ancient city of Kashgar will also be brilliant.

  [Explanation] Not only in the ancient city of Kashgar, but also in the parks, squares, and streets in the urban area, as long as it is an open space, it is the training place for Paheerdan and his team members.

Now under the leadership of Paheerdan, team members can make their mark in various parkour competitions across the country.

  On behalf of the team, we have participated in various parkour competitions held in Xinjiang. No matter in terms of pure running or skill competition, the results of the DSB team are among the best. The top ten winners at that time, the top eight were all from our team.   I remember when I was in the second year of high school, my arm was injured because of parkour, and there was still a bandage hanging on it, so I still wanted to try somersaults. I felt that if I had a small goal in my heart, I could achieve it. A sense of accomplishment.

  The purpose of opening a parkour venue is to allow Xinjiang parkour players to have a platform for communication with parkour enthusiasts across the country. On the one hand, we undertake commercial performances, on the other hand, we provide parkour training, and we also shoot commercials and act as stand-ins for actors. Use these incomes to lay a good foundation for the development of the team. In the future, it is best to slowly expand the team.
